- The group can be postponed to avoid any cancellation charges. No charges if you postpone the group to the next date within one year.
- There are no cancellation charges for the Government Royalty/SDF. It will be full refunded prior to any number of days or no show.
Visa documents
- Only scan of passport + face photo (passport size photograph), submit to the operator at least 2 weeks in advance.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- The following is based on a cancellation before the start of a tour program:
- Before 31 days : 5% cancellation charges
- Between 21 - 30 days : 20% cancellation charges from only land package
- Between 10 - 20 days : 50% cancellation charges from only land package
- Less than 9 days : 100% cancellation charges from only land package
